Dr Nicole Kellow is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialled Diabetes Educator who has worked in a variety of locations including Darwin and the UK. She has been a member of the diabetes healthcare team at Gippsland Southern Health Service in rural Victoria since 2001. Nicole is also an Accredited DAFNE (Dose Adjustment for Normal Eating) Educator. Nicole completed a PhD at Monash University/Baker IDI Heart & Diabetes Institute in 2016 investigating the effects of diet on the advanced glycation pathway.
