The National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS) Older People with Diabetes Program has supported the review and development of a suite of resources to help residential aged care staff in the management of their residents who live with diabetes. This session will provide an update of the review and resources available and how best to use these in everyday practice. The session will also introduce a series of booklets that have been developed by the NDSS to support independently living older people with diabetes who live in their own homes.
