Dr Clement Lo is a doctoral research fellow based at Monash Health and is also involved with clinical teaching. Clement has a research interest in Diabetes and its complications, and obesity and has been awarded an Australian Postgraduate Award, a Monash Health Emerging Researcher Fellowship, and Monash Health Clinical Academic Fellowships to complete a PhD with A/Professor Sophia Zoungas and Professor Helena Teede. His PhD forms a large component of the Diabetes Renal Project, a NHMRC partnership grant funded project conducted across Melbourne and Sydney, with the aim of improving the health care of patients with diabetes and chronic kidney disease.
